Abwaab al-Furoodh

1) In meeraath, 'Dhawil-Furoodh' get a hissa. Who are they? Their part is fixed in the Qur'an, Sunnah and Ijmaa'.

4 Men
1 - Baap (dad)
2 - Dada (grandad)
3 - Akhyaafee Bhai (one mum)
4 - Shohar (husband)

8 Women
1 - Beti (daughter)
2 - Poti (grandaughter)
3 - 'Ayni Behen (actual sister)
4 - 'Allaati Bahen
5 - Akhyaafi Behen
6 - Biwi (wife)
7 - Maa (mum)
8 - Jadda Saheehah

2) 'Asbaat - Relatives other than the dhawil-furoodh who are male and male?? from the deceased relation. Their part is not fixed. After giving to dhawil-furoodh, the rest of the maal will be given to the 'asbaat.

The asbaat have darajaat: If the oopar wala is 'asbah, the neeche walla can't be a 'asba.

3) Dhawil-arhaam
1 - 'Ayni Bhai Behen - Mum dad same
2 - 'Allaati Bhai Behen - Same dad, dif. mums
3 - Akhyaafi Bhai Behen - Same mum, dif. dads
4 - Jadda e Saheehah - Dada (grandad) from deceased no women e.g. dad thebn dad's dad trhen his dad.
5 - Jad Fasid - Grandad from mayyat there are nisbat to women e.g. mum's dad, dad's mum's dad etc.
ZAID. His mum is Sairah. Her dad is Isma'eel. Isma'eel is Jad Fasid because of Sairah.
6 - Jad Saheehah - (feminine)
