Hanafi's local masjid conducts the jama'ah in the first mithl should he perform Asr with the Jamaah there?

Sheikh Yunus Jaunpuri(May Allah preserve him) Aameen in his
Al-Yawaqeet-Al-Ghaliyyah Volume 1 pg 236 gets asked a similar if not same
question and answers that if someone prays Salaah-Al-Asr after the first-mithl
according to the opinion of the author of Durr-Mukhtar(Allamah Haskafi) and
others it will be ok.And at the end of the answer Sheikh write's if someone does
this according to this servant of Allah it isn't considered khurooj anil mazhab
