Faith increases & decreases, so in that sense no-one has 100% faith except for
the Prophets.Everyone is on a spectrum in the measure of their faith. Allah will
be Merciful to such a person.

We have 2 shahadahs: 1. To believe in God as the only deity. 2. To trust the
greatest people like Jesus & Muhammad. To live a good life is certainly a good
idea. If a person is genuinely seeking at the same time, Allah will show him/her
further signs in his/her own life & experiences to guide him/her further towards
truth.
