Which one? Nur-Al-Anwar fi Sharh-Al-Manar?
I presume your talking about Al-Manar al-Munif fi al-Sahih wa al-Dha’if by Ibn Qayyim al-Jawziyyah?

The al-Manaar based upon which many commentaries have been written. I think Nur al-Anwar is a commentary of it.
